    Breakfast:3 eggs scrambled and hf a cup of almond milk
    Lunch:salad and chicken
    Tea:paleo chicken korma
    Snacks:clementine,blueberries,apple,handful of strawberries,grapes and raspberries,lemon and lime paleo muffin

    Breakfast – granola and milk
    Lunch – mixed pepper stir fry
    Snack – granola
    Dinner – spices chicken stir fry

    Drinks – tea with almond milk x2, green tea.

    Wod – 3 rnds & 6 hc @ 30kg, stretched rolled.

    L: chicken coconut curry
    D: steak& salad, cheat ice cream
    No WOD – but hiked about 3 miles in snow, dug out car and pushed a van

    Breakfast- 2 x poached egg and a piece of toast – hungry and nothing else in the house – must go shopping
    Lunch – went shopping, Chicken Salad,
    Dinner – Meatballs in tomotoes and beef stock

    Drinks – Water, Green tea

    Bed at 10.30pm, woke up at 8.20= 9.5 hours
    500ml water
    Breakfast: Paleo pancakes
    Lunch: protein ball and paleo muffin
    Dinner: 1 plain Nandos chicken breast with sweet potato mash
    Snacks: paleo muffin, pineapple

    Rest day but did stretching and mobility

    Bed at 12.10am
