    Brekkie-3 egg omelette, tomato, spinach
    Lunch- sausages, tomato, celery
    Tea-chicken with sweet potato
    Snacks- mixed fruit, handful of nuts
    Drinks- tea x2 with almond milk and water
    Hope to have 7 1/2- 8 hrs sleep

    Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with 2 turkey rashers and onion.Half a cup onaond milk.
    Lunch: salad and tuna
    Tea: chicken and veg
    Snacks: clementine,blueberries,raw runner beans,5almond nuts,paleo banana and carrot muffin,protein shake
    Drinks:water and boiled water
    Sleep:8 hours
    Stretched and roller
    Day3: 7 points

  3. Breakfast- 2 paleo pancakes
    Dinner-chicken salad with sunflower seeds
    Tea- fish pie. Shake
    Snacks-2 turkey bacon with spinach. Handful of almonds. Apple.

    Rest day.
    Mobility work at home.
    Sleep 9 hours

    Lunch- omelette with bacon, onion and pepper
    Dinner- chicken casserole and sweet potatoes
    Snacks- watermelon, blueberries, sausage
    2 cups of tea with almond milk

    Sleep- 7.5 hours

  6. Day 3 Sleep – 10 hours

    Breakfast – Green Tea
    Lunch – Muashroom stir-fry with balsamic vinegar, green tea with lemon
    Dinner – Chargrilled chicken and veg stir-fry
    Snacks – Home-made paleo muffins (3)
    Drinks – green tea & tea with almond milk

    Exercise – KELLY WOD
    20 6kg wall balls
    20 20″ box jumps
    400m run
    x 4 rounds Time = 28.32

    Total points – 6 as not a real brekfast.

  7. Day 3 of Challenge 09-01-13
    Bed at 11pm, woke up at 7am= 8hrs sleep
    500ml water
    Breakfast: 2 Turkey Rashers, 3 eggs scrambled and 1 small avocado
    500ml water 
    Small glass of London milk
    Lunch: 140g Asda Chinese chicken skewers.
    Fresh mango, melon and pineapple snack pack
    500ml water
    Dinner: Extra lean mince cooked in coconut oil with carrots, onion and mushrooms and gluten free gravy served with homemade sweet potato fries.
    500ml water 
    Snacks: 8 Almonds, Handful of berries and 1 tablespoon almond butter.

    6.30 Crossfit- scaled benchmark WOD KELLY- 
    Did 4 rounds of 400meter rows, did 40 wall balls, 60, air squats and 80 box jumps in 21.22
