  1. Brekkie- 3 egg omelette with red peppers, spinach and tomato
    Lunch-sausages, tomato and spinach
    Tea- paleo pancakes with seeds
    Snacks- handful of nuts, beef jurkey, apple
    Drinks- green tea, black tea x2 and water

    Rest day-stretching

    Hope for 8 hours sleep

  2. WOD 5:41
    Breakfast-2 turkey bacon with scrambled eggs and spinach.
    Dinner- chicken salad. 2 oranges
    Tea-fish pie(paleo style). Orange. Protein shake.
    Snacks throughout day- paleo pancakes with cranberries. Tub of blueberries. Packet of ham.

    Stretched. Sleep 8 hours.

    Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 rashers of turkey bacon with half a cup of almond milk
    Lunch: salad (avocado,lettuce,cucumber,tomato,beetroot,onion,carrot) and tuna
    Tea:chicken and green veg
    Snacks:
    6 almond nuts,4raw runner beans,apple,green veg
    Drinks:water

    8 hours sleep,stretched and rolled.

  4. Day Two of challenge 8-01-13
    Bed at 11.30pm, woke up at 8.30am= 9 hours sleep
    Had 500ml water before breakfast 
    Breakfast: small glass of almond milk, 1 small avocado, 2 boiled eggs.
    500ml water 
    Lunch: 100g chicken in a 3 egg plain omelette cooked in coconut oil.
    500ml water
    Dinner: salmon with broc, cauliflower and carrots. Small glass of almond milk
    500ml water.
    Snacks
    8 Almonds, handful of blueberries. Tablespoon of almond butter.

    6.30 pm Crossfit Wod.
    I did 100hogs and 90 Air squats in 7.26

    Going to bed at 10.30pm

    Total 7 points for the day

  5. Sleep 10 hours
    Breakfast – Green Tea, 3 egg omlette with red onion and red pepper
    Lunch – Mushroom stir fry with balsamic vinegar, tea with almond milk
    Snack – Handful of nuts, Black tea
    Dinner – Mixed pepper stir-fry with bacon, seasoned with mixed spices

    Drinks – 2x green tea

    Exercise – 20 mins mobility (roller and stretches), 30 sit ups.

  6. Breakfast- bacon, tomato, mushroom
    Lunch- chicken and broccoli omelette
    Snacks- carrots, blueberries, nuts and seeds
    Dinner- chicken wrapped in bacon, sweet potatoes and carrots
    1 cup of green tea, 2.5litres of water
