Tonight saw our DWF team go up against all our athletes in the BOX. Great effort by all and an amazing atmosphere.
150 Box jumps 24″ (a team member must remain in plank postion during reps)
150 t2bar (a team member must complete air squats during reps)
20 rope climbs
150 Back Squats 70/50 (bar must remain off floor throughout reps and 1 team member must hang off rig during reps)
200 KB 32/24kg (a member of team must perform air squats during reps)
150 front squats 70/50kg (bar must remain off floor throughout reps and 1 team member must hold 9kg med ball locked out over head during reps)
