Feeling your aches?

Hey guys congrats to u all for 6 weeks of hard work. It’s safe to say we as coaches are seeing positive results for you all.
However, Let’s remember that although training with acute injuries can aid recovery and avoid compensating injuries, you must still take advice on the volume of training you undertake. Speak to coaches about recommended training patterns and the rest periods to aid recovery. Most of all REST is part of training so accept it AND FINALLY, mobilise to support your body in all it’s changes!
